Responsibilities - Develop UEFI BIOS solutions for server and/or desktop platforms, ensuring functionality aligns with product requirements. - Design, implement, debug, and validate firmware, software, and hardware components across the system development lifecycle. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide engineering support and resolve BIOS-related issues effectively. - Review and verify BIOS system specifications to ensure compliance with design and performance standards. - Manage project schedules from initial design through to production release, ensuring on-time delivery. - Conduct functionality and reliability testing to maintain high product quality and adherence to standards. - Contribute to Linux kernel development, including custom device driver implementation and optimization. - Consult and coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to review and refine system specifications and functional requirements. - Guide firmware, hardware, and QA teams to ensure timely and successful product integration and market readiness.
