Join us to help shape the future of enterprise marketing. What You'll Do As a Senior Staff Product Manager, you'll operate at the highest level of individual contributor impact. You'll own the strategy and execution for complex, business-critical product areas that span multiple teams and systems. You'll partner closely with executive leadership, engineering, and design to define long-term vision, drive alignment, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across the organization. We are looking for someone who enjoys the fast-paced startup life, can envision an AI and future-first product roadmap, drive results, is a team player and very customer-oriented. How You'll Make an Impact - Work closely with engineering, design and other product teams to build innovative 0 -> 1 solutions for the enterprise marketers and creators - Work with engineering to build a foundationally solid AI-native, multi-modal content design engine - that understands brand values, principles and design systems to create / modify / suggest marketing content design - Own large, ambiguous problem spaces that cut across product, platform, and AI/ML systems - Establish frameworks for evaluating AI product quality (e.g., accuracy, latency, cost, user trust) - Drive alignment and decision-making across teams and senior
