Join us to help shape the future of enterprise marketing. The Role As an outbound Business Development Representative , you will own the top of the funnel for strategic and enterprise accounts. You will use best-in-class prospecting tools and intent data to identify active buyers, engage them with relevant messaging, and convert them into qualified sales opportunities. What You'll Do - Own outbound prospecting across a defined book of business - Research, prioritize, and engage ICP accounts using: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Intent platforms (e.g., Common Room, Bombora, etc.) - Run multi-channel sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone, video) - Identify buying signals and tailor outreach based on account activity - Book qualified meetings for Account Executives - Maintain accurate activity, lead, and account data in CRM - Consistently exceed monthly outbound meeting and pipeline targets What You'll Bring - 1+ year of experience as a BDR or SDR in SaaS or B2B tech targeting strategic and enterprise companies - Demonstrated track record of exceeding outbound targets - Hands-on experience with outbound tech stack: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo (or similar data provider), Sales engagement tools (Gong), Intent data platforms (Common Room, Bombora, etc.) - Comfortable prospecting into strategic and
