Role Overview As our Project Manager, you will be the operational heartbeat of the studio. You will bridge the gap between vision and execution, managing the development lifecycle to ensure our team delivers a world-class gaming experience to millions of players worldwide. This role sits within our dynamic Jakarta studio, where we are embarking on our biggest, most ambitious project yet: a massive live-ops mobile game developed in direct collaboration with a world-renowned, household-name IP. Key Responsibilities - Run multiple concurrent projects with shared resources. - Manage Jira and dashboards including burndown charts, estimations, and priorities. - Refine and groom tasks and backlogs. - Run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, post mortems, etc. - Deploy and balance resources and workload to optimize velocity and quality. - Create studio transparency across the whole
