Position Summary We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Proposal Analyst with a keen eye for content management to support the end-to-end proposal development process in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, evolving environments, enjoys solving problems, and is eager to take ownership of systems and processes that directly impact sales success. You will play a key role in crafting compelling RFX responses, while also helping to manage and optimize content and tools-especially Arphie, our AI-powered proposal management platform. This role requires adaptability, initiative, and excellent cross-functional collaboration. Must be comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment, which may occasionally require extended hours to meet critical submission timelines. Key Responsibilities Proposal Development Manage and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and vendor questionnaires in collaboration with Sales, Product, Legal, and other subject matter experts. Analyze requirements and tailor responses to align with client needs, ensuring compliance and brand consistency. Ensure timely, high-quality proposal submissions under tight deadlines. Content Management Share in ownership and maintenance of the proposal content library within Arphie, ensuring all information is accurate, up to date, and properly categorized.
