As a Product Designer, you'll help create experiences that make complex financial workflows feel clear and approachable, so people can make confident decisions. You will be joining a small design team of 3-4 world-class designers where your perspective will matter from day one. What You'll Do: Design with clarity: Turn complex problems into simple, contextual solutions that balance user needs with business goals Think in systems: Build cohesive experiences across products, considering how AI and automation support, rather than replace, human judgment Work through ambiguity: Lead projects from concept to launch in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift Collaborate closely: Partner with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to shape direction and raise the quality of the work Stay current: Track design trends, patterns, and best practices, bringing in new ideas while maintaining a high bar for craft Iterate deliberately: Use research, data, and feedback to refine your work, holding strong opinions that you are willing to adjust What We're Looking For: You have 1-3 years of product design experience
