About this role

Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician NV Plant; Fernley, NV We are seeking a highly skilled, well-rounded Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our composite decking manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground role requiring extensive experience across multiple critical plant systems - not a single-discipline specialist. The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of industrial boilers, air compressor systems, hot oil systems, chillers, hydraulics, extrusion equipment, grinding/crushing systems, PLC troubleshooting, and flame safety systems. This position plays a key role in keeping both plant utilities and production equipment operating safely and efficiently. This is not a single-system boiler technician position. Candidates must have experience across multiple plant utility systems.
