Contractor Development Manager - Northeast Region Hartford, CT; Boston, MA; Providence, RI; Portsmouth, NH We are looking for a Contractor Development Manager to help us by driving and leading demand creation across the full Contractor, including Contractors, Builders, and Architects. As a Trex Contractor Development Manager, you will be looked to as an innovator and expected to manage and grow the TrexPro Program within their assigned region while proactively developing new contractor relationships across single-family production, multi-family, and commercial markets. Depending on level and experience, this role may also include strategic engagement with builders and architects to unlock broader growth opportunities and drive project specification and adoption. This role is a key member of our Field Sales team.
