The team agrees- our employee NPS is in the high 80s. About the role We're hiring three Senior PMs across three teams: - Prepaid Cards (new team). About a third of our business in a $25B market where we have ~1% share. Heavy on technical scope and financial partnerships. - Recipient Experience (new team). Owns the experience for the people receiving rewards, which is half our product and historically underinvested. Heavy on consumer UX. - Platform (existing team). Owns infrastructure, security, and internal tooling that keeps every other team shipping. Heavy on technical scope. The role itself is the same across teams.
