Anodizing Trainee- Entry Level (3rd Shift) Newnan, GA, United States DEPARTMENT: Anodizing JOB TITLE: Anodizing Trainee REPORTS TO: Anodizing Supervisor SHIFT DAYS /HOURS : 3rd shifts are (Sun night to Thurs night) 9:00 pm- 5:00 am. Must be willing and able to work Mandatory OT on off days as necessary. STARTING PAY: $19.82 per hour + $0.50 Shift Premium We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Anodize Trainee. In this role, you will be responsible for learning and assisting in the anodizing process of metal components. If you are detail-oriented, have a strong work ethic, and are eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply. This entry-level position works in the Anodizing Department and is responsible for affixing aluminum pieces of different sizes onto titanium metal anodizing racks. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Examine articles for defects and sort articles according to extent of defects. Rackers work side by side on a line, with no more than an arm's length between them. Frequently lift parts weighing no more than 100 pounds with a partner. Differentiate between different sizes, shapes, and styles of pieces. Comply with safety policies and procedures. Wear the required personal protective equipment. Accept feedback from the Team Leader to ensure the loads are up to safety standards. Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
