Sales Operations Manager United States- Remote About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Sales Operations Manager to partner directly with our Account Executives (AEs) to structure complex, high-value deals efficiently and profitably. This pivotal role acts as a primary advisor to the sales team, guiding the construction of optimal order forms and commercial terms that align with customer needs and company objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in accelerating the sales cycle by simplifying deal structuring and enabling the sales team to focus on revenue generation. This role may require direct engagement with customers to clarify and negotiate commercial terms. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with AEs on deal construction, review terms and margins, and collaborate across departments (Finance, Legal, Operations) to manage the end-to-end contracting process. Your strategic thinking and deep understanding of the sales process will be essential for balancing deal velocity with successful, compliant outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Sales leadership to drive operational rigor across active pipelines - inspecting deal activity, identifying execution gaps, and escalating blockers to keep opportunities moving forward. - Develop and maintain customer-facing content that enables champions to sell Transmit Security internally - including business cases, evaluation guides, and ROI materials. - Own and continuously optimize the POC (proof of concept) process -building structured frameworks, improving evaluation workflows, and ensuring every POC is set up to convert. - Improve and document sales processes to increase operational efficiency and ensure consistent execution across the team.
