We're seeking a People Operations Specialist to support our people initiatives as well as nurture an engaged and inclusive culture. What is the role about? - Own the end-to-end monthly German payrol l, while supporting and providing coverage for France and US payrolls - Manage the HR ticketing system , resolving incoming employee requests, including complex cases with longer resolution timelines - Lead the company-wide onboarding process in close collaboration with HR stakeholders and the existing HR team - Support employees across Germany, France, and the US, with a primary focus on Germany and early exposure to international HR operations through a rotation model - Work with advanced HR and Finance-interfacing tools , continuously building expertise and ensuring operational excellence in a stable company environment - Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to increase efficiency, scalability, and overall HR operational effectiveness What will you need to be successful? - Hands-on experience running German payroll, ideally in
