About This Role Togetherwork is seeking a business-oriented Senior Corporate Counsel to serve as a strategic legal partner to our Sales and business teams in a high-growth SaaS environment. This role operates in a fast-paced, high-velocity setting where thoughtful risk assessment and practical guidance are essential to enabling revenue and closing complex enterprise deals. The Senior Corporate Counsel will focus primarily on commercial contracting, including SaaS agreements, renewals, and vendor engagements, while also providing support on broader corporate matters as needed. This is a high-impact opportunity for a legal professional who combines strong technical training with sound business judgment and thrives in a scaling organization. What You'll Do Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and business leaders to structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including SaaS customer contracts and vendor agreements. Provide clear, commercially aligned legal guidance that supports revenue growth while protecting the company's interests.
