It's an end-to-end solution serving multi-session overnight summer camps: staff recruitment, parent registration, payment plans, bunk and cabin assignments, activity scheduling, and everything in between. Our customers are camp directors - passionate, mission-driven people who love what they do. This role exists to serve them well. We are looking for a Delivery Product Manager who leads with product vision and strategy while staying closely connected to day-to-day execution. This is not a pure delivery or project management role - it's a hybrid PM/PO position where approximately 60% of your time is spent on vision, strategy, roadmapping, and customer discovery, and 40% is spent partnering with engineering on backlog grooming, sprint readiness, and story definition.
