Toast, Inc. seeks a positive and versatile Senior Analyst to act as a key contributor to the Enterprise Risk team, to help drive the advancement of risk analytics, reporting, and process automation. A day in the life (Responsibilities) - Risk Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain comprehensive risk dashboards utilizing business intelligence tools. Generate customized recurring reports across business units that identify and communicate enterprise-wide themes and trends. Assist in the preparation of high-quality risk committee materials. - Risk System Administration: Administer the enterprise risk management system for the Enterprise Risk team, ensuring the tool remains accurate, current, and continuously evolves alongside system and organizational capabilities. - Artificial Intelligence & Process Automation: Design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered tools and automation workflows to enhance risk processes. This explicitly includes building automated risk assessment assistants, deep research and data-gathering tools, and Large Language Model (LLM)-based workflows.
