About this role
Field Precision Technician Marshall, MN, US Overview Join the Titan Machinery team as a Precision Service Technician. This position is responsible for performing diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and pre-delivery work on precision farming systems and related equipment for customer machines, internal units, and warranty repairs at a high level of quality and efficiency. Work may be performed in the shop or in the field. The Precision Service Technician is expected to maintain strong working knowledge of dealership products, with an emphasis on technology and precision systems, and complete all assigned tasks safely, professionally, and profitably. Responsibilities Diagnostic, Repair, and Technical Expertise : Perform accurate diagnosis, repair, and reconditioning of machine systems, components, and precision products in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Troubleshoot precision farming products, systems, and machine control technology, recommending and coordinating additional professional or manufacturer support as needed. Documentation and Communication: Communicate findings, repair needs, and expected timelines clearly with equipment owners, operators, and the service team. Request, install, and manage all parts and supplies required for equipment repairs. Complete work orders and all required service-related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
