Your expertise will be vital in enhancing product quality and reliability through meticulous testing processes. You will report directly to our ISC Production Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Tempe, AZ location on an Onsite work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization's success by ensuring that all testing activities are performed accurately and efficiently, directly contributing to the development of high-quality products that meet customer expectations. Responsibilities Perform advanced testing and troubleshooting of electronic systems, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards. Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement test plans and procedures, enhancing product reliability. Analyze test data and provide detailed reports on findings, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions. Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE 5+ years of experience in testing and troubleshooting electronic systems. Strong knowledge of electronic testing methodologies and equipment. Proficiency in using data analysis tools and test management software. Experience with automated testing systems and scripting languages. Ability to interpret technical specifications and schematics. WE VALUE Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Experience in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing or testing environment. Strong analytical skills and attention
