Purpose of Position This role advances Timken's global manufacturing technology by developing, applying, and implementing metrology and inspection solutions to improve product quality, reduce manufacturing cost, and enable new production systems. The engineer will apply dimensional and surface metrology principles, calibrate and evaluate measurement systems, and support global plant sites. Key Responsibilities Develop and deploy metrology and gauging solutions (CMM, optical measurement, on-machine probing) and provide technical support across Timken's global manufacturing footprint.
