As the Product Owner at Global, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our technology, with ownership over our most exciting platforms. You'll work closely with teams across the business to enhance customer experiences, optimise product performance, and ensure our services are driving measurable business value. Key Responsibilities Product Management (50%) Constant focus on improving the customer experience, ensuring we deliver an unbeatable and industry-leading service and amazing outcomes for our clients. Shape and deliver on Global's technology roadmap, ensuring it meets both business objectives and user expectations. Oversee product performance with a view of KPI's (Key Performance Indicators), derived from a deep knowledge of user research and analytics data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including Technology, Marketing and Sales - to drive new features, product enhancements, and improvements. Platform Optimisation (30%) Help drive the roadmap and prioritisation of platform features and improvements. Work closely with our software engineers to develop groundbreaking features that unlock business value and enhance the user experience. Work closely with product owners, designers, and developers to refine platform offerings and deliver impactful features.
