Key Responsibilities Product Management (50%) Constant focus on improving the customer experience, ensuring we deliver an unbeatable and industry-leading service and amazing outcomes for our clients. Shape and deliver on Global's technology roadmap, ensuring it meets both business objectives and user expectations. Oversee product performance with a view of KPI's (Key Performance Indicators), derived from a deep knowledge of user research and analytics data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including Technology, Marketing and Sales - to drive new features, product enhancements, and improvements. Platform Optimisation (30%) Help drive the roadmap and prioritisation of platform features and improvements.
