About the Role We are seeking a creative, experienced, and detail-oriented Executive Producer / Video Editor to join Rates & Barrels, The Athletic's flagship baseball show. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the show's production process, owning the audio and video post-production process, developing engaging rundowns and segments, growing audience and community engagement, and ensuring that each episode is of the highest quality. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience producing video and audio podcasts, extensive experience in being a lead video editor, a working knowledge of YouTube, Discord, and social platforms, and be passionate about baseball, storytelling and digital media.
