Strategic Operations Associate Remote (US) About the role The Strategic Operations Associate is a core member of Thatch's commercial engine, responsible for enabling disciplined, data-driven execution of complex employer deals. Operating at the intersection of pricing, deal structure, and cross-functional coordination, this role ensures that every deal entering review is complete, accurate, and decision-ready. Partnering closely with Sales, Solutions, Finance, and Revenue Operations, the Strategic Operations Associate owns data preparation, pricing analysis, and deal architecture within established frameworks. The role translates complex, multi-variable inputs into clear internal recommendations, supports efficient deal reviews, and helps maintain consistency across pricing, approvals, and governance processes. Beyond individual deal support, this role contributes to the ongoing refinement of pricing guardrails, approval frameworks, and operating standards, creating leverage and scalability as Thatch continues to grow What you'll do - Partner with Sales and Solutions teams as an internal advisor on pricing, quoting, and deal strategy for complex employer opportunities. - Prepare and validate employer, census, and contribution data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and readiness for financial analysis. - Develop pricing scenarios and conduct financial modeling to support competitive, compliant, and scalable deal structures. - Translate complex analyses into clear, decision-ready recommendations and concise internal deal briefs. - Support deal reviews and approvals by surfacing assumptions, risks, and required escalations within established pricing and policy frameworks. - Ensure accuracy and consistency across pricing outputs, quotes, and approvals. - Assess deal structures, identify non standard terms, and align deal execution with internal controls and approval processes. -
