We're looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to join our team and help accelerate our go-to-market efforts. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and eager to experiment with new strategies to drive demand, engagement, and conversion. As a key member of the marketing team, you'll play a vital role in optimizing our acquisition funnel, running paid/unpaid campaigns, and driving performance across various channels. You'll work closely with sales, product marketing, and demand gen to expand our reach, generate high-quality leads, and contribute to revenue growth. This is a highly cross-functional, fully remote role that requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and a passion for continuous experimentation and improvement. What you'll do - Support Growth Initiatives: Execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (brand, events, webinars, social, affiliates, CRO, automated outbound, and more) to generate leads and drive conversions. - Analyze Performance: Monitor key marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, etc.), identify trends, and provide data-driven insights to improve performance. - Content & Messaging: Help develop compelling messaging, ad copy, and landing pages to enhance campaign performance. - Test & Iterate: Run A/B tests across channels, optimizing creatives, audiences, and
