Employee Experience Manager Austin, Texas, United States About the role We're looking for an Employee Experience Manager to create an exceptional workplace environment for our Thatch team. You'll be a driving force behind our culture, managing our office operations, and helping support and execute large-scale events. There's a lot of ground to cover but you'll have the ability to tie many aspects of employee experience together. What you'll do Office Management - Oversee daily operations across our office locations, ensuring spaces are clean, functional, welcoming and well-maintained - Manage vendor relations including facilities, lunch/catering, supplies, and building management - Coordinate office services, supplies, equipment and support IT with Technology needs for seamless operations - Act as our points person with brokers and landlords as we grow and add more offices Event Planning & Execution - Plan and execute large-scale company offsites, including venue selections, logistics, programming and budget management in partnership with others at Thatch - Organize engaging office specific and company-wide offsites with our Head of People and other leaders at Thatch Employee Experience & Culture - Design and Implement employee perks and programs that enhance workplace satisfaction - Serve as a member of the Culture Committee and continuously assess and improve the employee experience through feedback and creative solutions Background we're looking for - 3-5 years of office management, employee experience or related fields - Track record of planning and executing large-scale events for 100+ people - Excellent ability to manage against a budget and identify areas of
