Job Summary The Team Leader, Automation and Electrical Engineering is responsible for coordinating automation engineering activities in Mexico, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of automation solutions that support customer value, operational excellence, and business growth. The role combines technical leadership, team coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen execution and capability in line with business priorities. This position is based in Cuautitlan Izcalli, Mexico. You might be travelling up to 25% domestic and international 15% of your time.
