Job Summary Tetra Pak is looking for an Outbound Logistics Executive who will drive Order Management and Design Handling operational performance within an assigned portfolio of customers, working with a continuous improvement approach towards process improvement opportunities. This is a permanent position based in the Binh Duong Factory . What you will do As an Outbound Logistics Executive, you will: Plan logistics for all shipments in line with requirements and in coordination with internal and external stakeholders Manage multiple lines of communication between factory, customers, logistics service providers, and other stakeholders Ensure the integrity of import/export documentation, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and other statutory documents Ensure on-time completion and compliance of outbound/inbound shipment process flow in TMS and related systems Continually review shipment schedules and report exceptions to relevant stakeholders Ensure compliance with trade and destination requirements on legal, transportation, and customs authority matters Operation
