Job Summary The Manager, Automation Engineering is responsible for leading automation engineering activities in Mexico, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of automation solutions that support customer value, operational excellence, and business growth. The role combines people leadership, technical direction, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen execution and capability in line with business priorities. This position is based in Cuautitlan Izcalli, Mexico. You might be travelling up to 25% domestic and international 15% of your time. What you will do As a Manager of Automation and Electrical Engineering you will: Lead and develop the Automation Engineering team in Mexico, setting clear priorities, expectations, and ways of working aligned with Automation & Digital Americas strategy.
