Job Summary The PSE Site Supervisor is responsible for managing all on-site activities in accordance with approved project scope, schedule, budget, and site management requirements for both Processing and Packaging capital equipment projects. The role oversees the Installation to Performance (ItP) process, ensuring equipment is installed, commissioned, and handed over in compliance with Tetra Pak standards, World Class Manufacturing (WCM) principles, and food safety requirements. The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, safety ownership, and effective stakeholder coordination across customers, vendors, and internal teams. What you will do • Coordinate with the Project Manager to prepare customer sites for equipment delivery, loading, and positioning • Verify utilities, building readiness, access, lifting plans, and safety prerequisites before installation • Plan and analyze project schedules to manage internal resources and subcontractors efficiently • Lead assembly and installation of Packaging equipment including Fillers, Helix, Cappers, and Palletizers • Lead instal
