Job Summary Tetra Pak is looking for a Inbound Logistics Executive who supports SC function within the region with data and logistics KPI analysis and project roll out. You will also provide overview on business update and highlight key areas for attention and improvement. What you will do As an Inbound Logistics Executive, you will: Execute transport planning and booking together with Logistics Service Providers/Carriers, provide proper documentation for customs clearance and follow up national and import shipments securing factories supply and resolving exceptions and operational issues. Execute optimized transport planning and booking together with Forwarders/Carriers and manage inbound shipments according to the schedule agreed with factories. Provide and manage documentation under Inbound transportation responsibility (e.g., import declaration, customs documentation, others). Collaborate with planning hub, factories and logistics service providers. Support with monitoring orders and communicating deviations taking pro-active actions.
