Job Summary Analyst Procurement Ops role key responsibility is to drive operational excellence by conducting transactional quality audits (peer audits) and delivering business analytics insights. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across Shared Services Organization support processes while enabling data-driven decision-making. This position will be permanently based in Chakan, Pune. What you will do Quality Audits & Process Compliance(50% role focus) Perform internal transactional quality audits (peer audits) across processes. Develop audit checklists, sampling methodology, and SOP compliance checks. Identify errors, categorize defects, and maintain detailed audit logs. Conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis) using tools like 5-Why, Fishbone, Pareto. Drive CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions) with stakeholders. Publish weekly and monthly audit reports with insights and trends. Partner with Operations to close recurring gaps and improve process adherence.
