Opportunity Overview We are looking for someone who applies established engineering principles, quality tools, and standard test methodologies to resolve a variety of product and test-related issues. This role works under general supervision, follows defined procedures, and delivers technically sound analyses and recommendations that support product quality, schedule adherence, and operational efficiency. Analyzes board-level failures including DOA, WARR, NFF, and SPR cases encountered by customers, and works with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality) to drive resolution. Performs structured troubleshooting, fault isolation, and data analysis to determine root causes of test and product issues. Develops and implements containment actions and corrective actions to support product quality improvements and prevent recurrence.
