Opportunity Overview The Teradyne Storage field service team is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, technically driven Field Service Engineer who is: Proven to be effective in consistently applying technical knowledge in achieving field service team department goals, include the system KPI, customer satisfaction, cost reduction or productivity breakthrough for Department or customers. Proven to be effective in working with engineers, customers, product support group, and operations, etc. in terms of improving the production system uptime, MTBF, MCBA, MTTR, to improve the slot availability to meet the commitment to customer. Role Specifics: On-site service of the production (tester) system at the customer OSAT factories, include the downtime trouble shooting, jam recover, utilization improvement.
