You will be based in Odense, Denmark and will report to Kirsten Vuksic, Deputy General Counsel for Teradyne Robotics. Your key responsibilities: Assisting with managing legal documents, maintaining records, and ensuring proper documentation of contracts. Conducting legal research and providing accurate and timely legal advice to our key business stakeholders and the Legal staff. Maintaining and revising corporate contract templates, business processes, governance and internal policies. Working on various compliance matters, including export/import regulations and privacy laws.
