Opportunity Overview The FP&A Finance Manager is a people-first finance leader within the Customer Support Organization (CSO), accountable for leading and developing the CSO Finance team while serving as a trusted finance partner to CSO managers and leaders. This role ensures that the CSO Finance team delivers high-quality financial planning, analysis, and business partnering support that enables strong decision-making across service operations. The Finance Manager balances people leadership, financial rigor, and cross-functional partnership, translating CSO operational plans into financial insight, forecasts, and actions that support customer success and financial performance.
