OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW Teradyne is seeking a Director, M&A Transaction Management and Strategic Planning to establish and lead disciplined execution across strategic planning, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions. This role owns the execution operating model for transactions from early diligence through signing, close, and Day 1 readiness. The Deal PM is responsible for ensuring work is sequenced correctly, risks are surfaced early, dependencies are actively managed, and leadership has clear, decision‑ready visibility always.
