Opportunity Overview Provides Production Support (Hardware and Software) activities to Teradyne's customers in Malaysia. This includes supporting test equipment troubleshooting and break-fixing, analyzing problems, and recommending solutions on Teradyne ATE platforms to optimize customer production throughput. Apply electrical engineering principles to troubleshoot and solve problems on test instruments. Support test program release-to-production activities at the customer site. Interfaces with various support teams within Teradyne to deliver on Teradyne's commitment to our customers. Provides remote technical support. Provides formal and on-the-job training to the customers. Provides active management of the assigned accounts. Escalates service issue and takes ownership of the issues until it is resolved.
