Opportunity Overview 参与客户生产线软硬件问题的排查与分析，学习故障定位、信息收集及根因分析的方法，协助制定和实施优化方案，支持产线稳定运行； 协助进行系统安装、预防性维护（PM）、校准、改造（Retrofit）、培训及现场故障排除（Troubleshooting）等工作，逐步熟悉测试系统、工具及现场支持流程； 在培训和指导下，参与测试程序 Release to Production（RTP） 导入，运用电子/电气工程基础知识协助解决测试仪器及系统相关技术问题； 与跨职能团队协作，参与客户技术支持与沟通协调，了解规范化的问题升级、跟踪与闭环流程； 在实习过程中接受系统的技术培训与实践指导，记录并整理技术问题、工单和服务文档，促进知识沉淀与个人能力提升。 All About You 电子工程或相关专业在读本科及以上学历，对半导体测试以及工程技术方向具备浓厚兴趣； 具备良好的工程基础和学习能力，能够在指导下参与问题定位与故障排查，逐步提升软硬件及系统层面的分析能力； 具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识，能够在团队支持下参与问题跟踪与闭环，保持结果导向和责任感； 具备基础技术文档及工单记录的阅读与整理能力，具备一定英语读写能力者优先； 能在不影响完成学校正常学业的前提下，接受一定比例的现场支持或短期出差安排（具体根据实习阶段和个人情况灵活安排）； 本岗位面向实习生及优秀应届毕业生，实习期间将在资深工程师指导下开展系统培训与实际工作。 Benefits: Teradyne offers a variety of robust health and well-being benefit programs, including medical, life and disability insurance, paid vacation & holidays, tuition assistance programs, and more. #LI-KS1
