Opportunity Overview ** Open to US Remote ** We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to support the design, administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of Teradyne's global compensation programs. This role will partner across HR and the business to deliver compensation insights, market analysis, and data-driven recommendations that support organizational objectives. In this role, you will combine compensation expertise, advanced analytics, automation, and business consultation to help improve the effectiveness, accuracy, and scalability of compensation processes. Conduct market pricing analyses using compensation survey data, including Radford, Mercer, Comptryx, and other market intelligence sources. Analyze salary structures, pay equity, geographic differentials, and overall compensation competitiveness.
