And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting. ROLE DESCRIPTION We are hiring a Financial Analyst to build and own critical financial infrastructure as we scale from 200 to 500+ employees. This is a highly visible role at the intersection of payroll, FP&A, and financial operations. You will help build systems and bring controls, documentation, and reliability to processes that have outgrown the current setup. From the outset you will run end-to-end biweekly payroll in Rippling, partner with RevOps and Sales to administer commission plans, manage the company 401(k) relationship, and more. You will partner closely with Finance and HR on forecasting all aspects of personnel costs, ensuring we hit our financial targets. The ideal candidate is detail-obsessed, comfortable being the single point of accountability for time-sensitive workflows, and able to spot the systemic issues that might arise as the company scales.
