About this role
Production Manufacturing Engineer Sejong ABOUT THE ROLE Manage and supervise the employees of the shop floor. Set and review the optimal schedule for the efficient operation of the production line. Responsible for regularly managing and evaluating the output compared to the input amount of the raw material. Maximize productivity of operations with the cooperation of engineering, maintenance etc. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Regular production scheduling. (Monthly and Weekly), planning. Inventory management through the production scheduling. Analyze the causes of failure to meet the productivity and OAE target, and establishment of countermeasures. High level communication skill for structured problem solving. Process quality control. (Analysis of Cp, Cpk, SPC monitoring, Operator and inspector quality education.) Production process and management. Analysis and improvement of worker skills. Line downtime issue list management (tracking management, frequency of occurrence). Supply chain management (Internal). Communication with intercompany in English. Good computer skills set needed with Microsoft software and MES. Experience in a production and machining manufacturing lines. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree. 12 years in automotive industry. On Boarding : 1. New Hire/Transfer Employee Orientation . 2. New Hire/Transfer Safety Training . 3.
