About this role
HR Generalist Sejong ABOUT THE ROLE Support to HR Manager in communication and implementation of Tenneco policies and the programs to implement employee training and development including Labor relations, support recruitment and check legal aspects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures. Introduce new employees and training for employees. Manage the recruitment and selection process. Facilitate training and development programs. Responsibility for annual leave and attendance records. Check employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance. Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Support HR Manager & Total Rewards to execute the company's rewarding system and C&B. Administer the company's compensation and benefits in accordance with established policies so that employees receive the appropriate compensation and benefits for their position. Be responsible for the monthly payroll, including the cost analysis and individual income tax declaration. Be responsible to support for annual merit review and annual salary increase recommendation. Support yearly employment budgeting. Coordinate with relative counterparts regarding the centralized C&B guidelines and initiatives. Monthly HR reporting. General Affairs. JOB REQUIREMENTS Preferring Bachelor of Business Administration. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources . Knowledge
