Global Partner Manager Stadtallendorf Position Overview The Global Partner Manager - DEVA Bearings is responsible for accelerating global revenue growth through the development, expansion, and performance management of DEVA's global partner and distributor network. This role builds trusted, long-term relationships with existing partners while aggressively identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new partners aligned with DEVA's positioning as a provider of high-performance, maintenance-free, self-lubricating bearing solutions. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain trust-based relationships with existing global partners and distributors through regular reviews, cadence calls, and face-to-face engagement. Identify, evaluate, recruit, and onboard new partners and distributors aligned with DEVA Bearings' strategic markets and value proposition. Drive aggressive prospecting and hunting activities to increase qualified opportunities, sales funnel, and Purchase Order wins. Grow and manage a robust global sales pipeline to support short- and long-term revenue targets. Travel extensively to conduct joint customer visits, partner reviews, and market development activities. Maintain accurate opportunity, pipeline, and forecast data within Salesforce CRM. Collaborate cross-functionally with regional sales, engineering, operations, and leadership teams to support partner-driven opportunities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Engineering preferred). 8-10+ years of experie
