Senior Events & Field Marketing Manager, Conference Production & Operations United States Summary: Temporal's Global Events & Field Marketing Team is seeking a Senior Events & Field Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and key production/operational workstreams for Replay, our annual developer conference series, while also supporting our regional field marketing event portfolio. Reporting to the Global Lead, Events and Field Marketing, you will own and execute key production workstreams - from strategic planning through on-site delivery - for one of the most important touchpoints in Temporal's community and customer experience. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring exceptional cross-functional collaboration, operational rigor, and meticulous attention to detail. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our Replay events into world-class technology conferences that foster meaningful engagement, showcase innovation, and strengthen our community. You'll work closely with teams across marketing, developer relations, product, sales, partnerships, and executive leadership, as well as, oversee and manage external agencies/vendors to bring Replay to life and elevate Temporal's brand presence through unforgettable, experiential event experiences.
