Role Overview As the Manager, Database Reliability Engineering (DBRE), you will lead a team of expert DBREs responsible for the health, performance, automation, and scalability of Tekion's data backbone. Your focus will be on operational excellence, automation first, and continuous improvement of reliability and efficiency for our MongoDB, MySQL, and Elasticsearch clusters. You'll mentor your team, drive innovation in database automation (using Go or Python), and collaborate with product, engineering, and Cloud teams.
