In this role, you will draw on your hands-on motor retail accounting expertise to guide franchised and independent motor retailers through the implementation of Tekion, ensuring a smooth transition, high user adoption, and long-term customer success. D uties & Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee dealership user training and support across the full implementation lifecycle - Manage concurrent implementations in varying phases, maintaining quality and momentum across all projects - Cultivate strong relationships with dealership stakeholders - including Dealer Principals, Dealer Managers, Finance Directors, and Aftersales Managers - and actively manage expectations throughout - Accurately assess
