Role Overview Reporting to the General Supervisor, Airport & Surface, the Mine Clerk is accountable for inputting information into the computerized maintenance management system, travel system and payroll system; maintaining equipment files, provides document control, as well as providing general secretarial support to the Mill and Mine Departments. It is necessary to build positive workplace relationships with all supervisory personnel through interacting and providing guidance on data entry and time issues. Rotation schedule will be 2 weeks on site with 2 weeks off site Key Responsibilities • Maintain accurate timekeeping records for all non-exempt employees' time including compiling information received from supervisors, inputting of time to appropriate work orders/charge codes, corrects entry errors and follows up on anomalies, preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports to identif
