About this role
Welding Intern Nusajaya Job Purpose The Production (Cladding, Machining or Welding Department) Intern will assist in the various stages of the production process, including pre-production planning, on-site production activities, and post-production tasks. This role involves supporting the production team with scheduling, equipment setup, and coordination of resources to ensure efficient workflow. The intern will gain practical experience in production operations, develop technical skills, and contribute to the successful execution of production projects. Job Description 1. Assisting with daily tasks related to their field of study or department. 2. Collaborating with various team members and departments on shop projects. 3. Carrying out research and gathering data to analyze defect trends, safety observations and production flow. 4. Attending and participating in daily production meetings and workshops. 5. Creating and maintaining documentation and reports. 6. Learning about the TechnipFMC organization's policies, procedures, and culture. 7. Providing ideas and suggestions in brainstorming sessions (RCA, PFMEA and Kaizen Improvement Activity) 8. Helping organize and manage events (Departmental celebrations, Team Building, Dinner) 9.
