Senior Geotechnical Engineer Hyderabad Job Description General Develop team through coaching and generating ideas with the Manager and colleagues. Ensure the quality of work issued is high and conforms to RP&IT and Group procedures. Participate proactively in the management of the team. Consolidate Group experience in discipline. Promote experience and good practice throughout the TechnipFMC Group. Be conversant with the latest industry developments. Ability to deal easily and effectively with a wide range of audiences. Project Support Be capable of applying geotechnical principles to the full range of offshore geotechnical engineering problems faced by the TechnipFMC Group. Provide the main link between project management teams and RP&IT. Liaise with project management teams to identify the motives for any given work request, ensure the scope of work agreed is suitable and that the task is completed within the agreed timeframe.
