Project Document Controller Dunfermline Job Purpose We are looking for a Project Document Controller to join our Surface team in Dunfermline. The role is to ensure that project documentation is properly captured, cataloged and controlled using project applied systems. Prepares reports and fix identified problems. Supports the quality elements of the project in performing quality related tasks to meet Client and quality requirements. Job Description The Project Document Controller play a vital role in ensuring the success of the project by ensuring that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date. By effectively managing and controlling project documentation. The role supports the quality engineers, and autonomously performs quality related tasks within the scope of the accountabilities. The role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This includes: Manage and control all project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. This includes creating customer records and document numbers, preparing documents for transmittal to the client, controlling all technical documentation related to the department and project activities, and handling and registering all outgoing and incoming transmittals. Ensure that all project documentation meets contractual requirements and Company procedures. This includes ensuring the confidentiality of all documents.
