This position requires access to information which is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, person granted asylee status in the U.S., or person admitted into the U.S. as a refugee. Job Requirements Responsible for analyzing complex manufacturing process flows and developing, implementing, and maintaining methods, operational sequences and processes in the production of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies. Applies fundamental knowledge of engineering principles to resolve routine issues and technical problems with limited scope. Work with automated/semi-automated/manual assembly equipment and processes Manages assigned projects Lead and analyze process related issues w/ data. New process work router development Daily support of manufacturing areas, including updating production routings in SAP Six Sigma/Lean manufacturing tools Complete time studies and process flow audits, improve efficiencies and minimize waste Identify where quality inspections or QIP check points would
