Job Overview • Analyze inspection and measurement data generated by AOI systems for high-density connectors. • Convert machine vision and motion system outputs into actionable quality insights. • Evaluate inspection accuracy, repeatability, and long-term stability. • Support near-zero defect escape requirements of AI data-center hardware. • Act as the analytical authority for inspection perforance.. Key Responsibilities: Inspection & Metrology Data Analysis\ • Analyze optical measurement and 3D inspection data. • Correlate vision results with motion and process parameters. • Identify trends, anomalies, and systemic issues. Statistical Performance & Quality Analytics • Define KPIs: detection rate, false calls, repeatability, drift. • Perform SPC, capability analysis, and Gage R&R. • Validate inspection thresholds and decision limits. Data Integrity & Traceability • Ensure synchronization of vision inspection and motion data. • Validate data completeness and consistency. • Support audits, customer reviews, and qualification activities. Continuous Improvement • Provide data-driven feedback to vision and motion teams. • Support recalibration, tuning, and long-term monitoring. • Assist in yield improvement and reliability studies. • Database and storage - Industrial 4.0 compatible Mandatory Qualifications: • Degree in Data Scie
